Sports Therapy

Offered by Rob Brooks - Sports Therapy aim to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissue during physical activity. It tends to be based on a deep, intense massage and then often incorporates a combination of others techniques involving exercises and advice, stretching, toning, trigger points therapy, Pilates and Shiatsu.
This treatment is not just for the sports person, anyone can benefit from sports therapy, including people in physically demanding jobs and those not quite so obvious (occupational, emotional and postural stress may produce many similar characteristics to sports injuries).
The main goal of the therapy is to bring optimum performance and to provide injury-free training and minimise post event injuries.
