CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Keeping each other safe
Due to risk of COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, we encourage all patients who are sick, or experiencing symptoms such as fever, trouble breathing or new and persistent cough - to call to reschedule your appointment by calling 01283 480 555. Also please do not attend if you have travelled to one of the at risk areas in the last 14 days or have had contact with anyone known to be infected. If you arrive at the clinic and these conditions apply, you will unfortunately be asked to leave.
Some groups of people are at higher risk following infection. If this applies you may wish to consider if you wish to attend the clinic. This group includes: Older adults and people who have serious chronic medical conditions like Heart disease, Diabetes or Lung disease
These restrictions will also be applied to any staff working at the clinic.
There is a sanitizer at the front desk - we ask you to use this or to wash your hands on arrival. We are offering all patients gloves on entry if requested. We are continuing our usual hygiene procedures and in addition we are regularly cleansing high contact areas such as the door handles and arm rests. If you would prefer your therapist to wear gloves, you are very welcome to request this.
During this time we will be waving our customary fees for late cancellations and rescheduling.

As therapists, it is frustrating when clients don't attend their initial appointment; often this space could be filled many times over with people who are in need. To reduce the likelihood of wasted appointments - you may be asked to pay for your first appointment at the time of booking.
- Register as a new patient and fill in your own details, including the medical history form
- View your own past, present and future appointments. You can also view any documents your therapist shares with you, such as exercise routines or advice sheets.
- Book a New Appointment using the appointment booking wizard, including free consultations
- Edit your own details (e.g. to update an address or contact info)
- Cancel a future appointment depending on our cancellation policy. Review on the left side.
